Round 1 (Online): The event began with a Stranger Things–inspired online round where teams explored Hawkins, Upside Down, and The Abyss. Participants captured territories by solving puzzles, answering technical and non-technical questions, and earning points based on accuracy and speed. Round 2 (Offline): Teams competed head-to-head in interactive games such as Personality Guesser, Structure Build Challenge, and Walker Bottle Challenge. This round focused on teamwork, communication, creativity, and quick decision-making. Round 3 (Offline): Finalists faced the Code Relay Challenge, solving multiple coding problems with rotating team members under strict time limits. Power-up and sabotage cards added strategy and excitement, making the finale intense and engaging. This structure ensured a balanced mix of fun, competition, and learning throughout the event.

Byte Quest – AI Vibe Coding Challenge 2026 is a 24-hour online hackathon designed for university students passionate about coding, innovation, and real-world problem solving. The challenge enables participants to combine strong programming fundamentals with modern AI tools to convert ideas into impactful and practical solutions within a limited time frame. Organized by the GeeksforGeeks Campus Body, RBU, the event delivers a fast-paced, competitive, and highly collaborative coding environment that encourages creativity and technical excellence. Byte Quest 2026 serves as a platform for students to test their skills, learn from peers, and experience real-world development scenarios, making it a valuable and engaging opportunity for aspiring developers.

The GeeksforGeeks (GFG) RBU Campus Body successfully organized “Crafting Your Path\" on 30th August, exclusively for first and second-year students. The session aimed to provide clarity on career paths, skill-building roadmaps, and industry insights across various domains, including Competitive Programming, Web Development, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The event began with a formal introduction of GFG RBU, followed by the welcome of the speaker, Mr. Vedant Khairnar, and included two 45-minute sessions interspersed with quizzes. The event successfully inspired young learners to shape their professional journey.

Geek ICPC 2.0

An engaging and insightful event focused on Competitive Programming (CP). The event commenced with an hour-long session providing valuable insights into problem-solving techniques and strategies. Following the session, a thrilling CP contest was hosted on HackerRank, challenging participants with a series of well-crafted problems to showcase their coding skills and logical thinking. The winning teams were rewarded for their performance.

Workshop on Fundamentals of Deep Learning (with PyTorch)

The GFG RBU Chapter, in collaboration with NVIDIA, successfully conducted a workshop on the fundamentals of deep learning. The event offered a hands-on introduction to model training and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) using the PyTorch framework. Guided by an expert faculty, students were given access to NVIDIA GPU coding tools to run their models efficiently. The workshop concluded with an assessment, and participants who passed received certificates of completion.

An exhilarating event that blended technical brilliance and cinematic excitement across three thrilling rounds. Round 1, 'Tech Millionaire', was a fast-paced quiz inspired by Kaun Banega Crorepati. Round 2, 'The Jungle Escape', featured team-based tasks like Tech Pictionary and Emoji to Code, inspired by Squid Game. The finale, 'The Syntax Showdown', was a thrilling coding relay with a 'Red Light, Green Light' twist. The event provided an unforgettable journey of learning and entertainment, rewarding top-performing teams with cash prizes and exclusive goodies.

Git for Geeks 3.0

A workshop crafted to introduce students to GitHub, an essential open-source platform. The event, held in line with Hacktoberfest, aimed to familiarize participants with GitHub's basic functionalities, including creating repositories and pull requests (PRs). The session provided hands-on experience, preparing students for real-world coding scenarios and enhancing their technical skills. The event concluded with a challenge where participants submitted their own PRs, with top contributors winning goodies and all participants receiving certificates.
